i have tried the "Growth" Plan. The App did not save my changes on the customization of the widgets. It was very buggy on the product page.

the possibilities are good, if they would work properly

zero support, can't get in contact with a human, multiple bugs, AI support only.

DO NOT install this app if you prioritize your customer experience.

Update: after we uninstalled the app the team reached out to us and was helpful at fixing the bugs that the app caused asap. I am grateful for their help in fixing the issues but it would have been even more helpful if they could have helped us when we tried to resolve it previously.

The customer service is excellent.
I would like to see better options for shipping in the customer subscriptions, currently you cannot add shipping to cart unless you pay the premium fees which are hefty for small business.

I paid the first plan and guess what ? Nothing works.
Settings section doesnt work, live chat support buton is fake. Indeed, you dont have any support at all to be honest. You can't even select a product if you want to create a subscription plan. And i did take a paid plan.. imagine with the free plan.. It's a scam, i mean i guess you must pay the biggest plan (the most expensive one) if you just want basic services. Other plans are fakes.

Edit : few days later, iam changing the review and adding 3 stars instead of 1. The support was late, but they finaly did answer me.

Not the easiest to set up (can be quite confusing due to the way information is laid out. Pricing is reasonable; although quite restrictive. Cannot make use of custom domain option unless you're willing to pay a fortune for it. Do not agree with having emails set to customers via their own email addresses since that would pose a risk to customer personal data. Not the easiest to use but does have a number of good features.

Subify by Shopify makes setting up subscription products a breeze on your Shopify store. While it's user-friendly and effective for managing subscriptions, I found it lacked integration with ActiveCampaign, our marketing platform. Despite this, its seamless subscription creation makes it a solid choice for Shopify merchants seeking hassle-free management. Efficient and kind support team.
