I am happy with the help i have recieved. Dela was great at answering all my questions. Unfortunately, the app is not able to automatically send digital downloads each month for my subscription. But Dela was helpful in suggesting other email automation apps that could tie into the subscription to do this for me.
Sam provided fast and efficient support to ensure the app support was on brand. So far the app is delivering what I need.
However I am noticing there are some restrictions for basic functions like email notifications and sender email address, which are essential for a seamless brand experience. The only way to unlock them is to upgrade to more expensive plans, which is the biggest watch out.
I am changing review slightly because of a lot of issues they have been having. Still a dedicated team & their loyalty is in beta but still.
You can't turn off their company branded emails for members getting points. They still don't have any loyalty redemption options that aren't just a gift card (no custom products, gifts). The signup bonus doesnt seem to work cause there is no way to "sign up." They have discount % but no max. Free shipping but no denying international. The points don't backtrack on POS sales so if customers don't enter info BEFORE a sale they don't get points.
There is no widgets or features to advertise loyalty. Their subscription seems promising but I am starting to regret building our Loyalty with them. Good ui, nice team - so we will stick it out and hope they update fast but If you are looking for loyalty with subscription I would be cautious and just stick to subscription until they are out of beta.

Really wish they had member credits (for like subscriptions that offer free services once a cycle) but they said they are working on it. Fantastic customer support.
Very quick in person response from Mason to a subscription pricing issue - even on a Sunday. The instructions on the automatic chat were clear but just didn't work so I needed to speak to a human and Mason sorted it overnight. The issue was linked to subscriptions set up while a product was on promotion which set the price for subsequent subscriptions. The subscription did not automatically update with the new product price. Definitely something to be aware of as my customers got a second month of an uber bargain.

The app is a bit tricky to use and caused me a lot of confusion. I reached out to their customer service and talked to Dela! I was stressed out and worried because I needed it to function ASAP and Dela delivered. It did the job and I owe that to Dela!
Muy simple y buena. Necesita mejorar en la forma de calcular descuentos, sobre todo si existen descuentos activos. El soporte es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a apoyarte.
Overall it is very easy to set up and it looks clean and modern. It works for us 95% perfectly. There are a couple of things I wish it did better like allowing users to add products to their existing subscription. If a person updates their email in shopify it does not update in subify. Support is quick. Overall I'm pretty happy with the app and it has increased our monthly revenue for sure.

Great app for managing magazine subscriptions in Shopify. Would like to see a few more customization features for users but overall the team is very responsive, and committed to helping get you up and running.
Could be a bit better but overall support is good and works fine!
