Subscriptions can be complicated and we found Subify and excellent tool for integrating subscription products into our store. The support team was excellent in helping us understand their product's capabilities and then deploying it very quickly. Their responsiveness to our questions was quick, thorough and polite.
I have not used this app yet, I installed it to test if it will deliver my needs. I had a chat with support, her name is Hasti. She was very helpful and attended to all my concerns. Though there are a few restrictions on the app that I was looking for but overall very straightforward and will be in our consideration. It a good service. Not perfect, but really nothing is yet, and they are working hard to make it excellent. I still gave it a 5 star review because their customer service (chat) is superb. I've tried a couple other Shopify apps for managing subscriptions and like Subify the best.
