My only minor gripe is the export feature: when I want to export the current list of subscribers, I have to request it, and it arrives by email within 12 hours. However, if I ask for it via customer service chat, it’s sent over within minutes. Big thanks to Mason for his prompt and helpful support! Overall, it’s a solid app with responsive customer service.
