I have not used this app yet, I installed it to test if it will deliver my needs. I had a chat with support, her name is Hasti. She was very helpful and attended to all my concerns. Though there are a few restrictions on the app that I was looking for but overall very straightforward and will be in our consideration. Would like to especially thank Hasti for all the help and for being patient with my queries :)

Hello! This is a super well done app that makes even the weirdest requests possible!
I had some wonder help from Narges in the customer help portal who was patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole process!

Subscriptions can be complicated and we found Subify and excellent tool for integrating subscription products into our store. The support team was excellent in helping us understand their product's capabilities and then deploying it very quickly. Their responsiveness to our questions was quick, thorough and polite.

As mentioned by Yasaman during our chat, we are unable to remove the Subify invoice from your Shopify account ourselves. However, please note that you will not be charged as the plan has been canceled. In such situations, we have requested assistance from Shopify support to remove the invoice on our behalf. To address this matter, we have reached out to Shopify and are keeping you in the loop. We will make every effort to expedite this matter and ensure that Shopify resolves the issue as quickly as possible.

I just started with Subify after researching a lot of other apps on the market for subscription services. This one seems to fit our store's needs the best. I set up my first plan, and I immediately had a popup from Melika in customer service checking on me and making sure that I had everything I needed to get started. She checked over how I had my product set up. She was very helpful and informative. I wish all apps had this kind of customer service. I can't wait to get started with this new app and see what happens. :)
