Absolutely blown away by the level of support. Having not been expecting too much from a simple app on shopify. I’ve had technical queries sorted and followed up on. I’ve had a face to face meeting and had some really useful advice that I have begun implementing straight away. These people know what they’re doing and are really good at it!!!

This has been a wonderful experience. The customer service is excellent. They walk you through the set up step-by-step on a zoom call. The customer service rep who helped me set it all up (Hi Yasaman!) is also my go-to person at the company, so I feel like I'm in good hands. I'm still within the free trial period and have sold 6 subscriptions already. There is ONLY upside here!

Subify team but especially Yasaman have been exceptionally helpful in the transition from another app. As a florist we have very specific needs of how we need the subscription service to work, Subify have gone above and beyond to help us make it happen. Clearly explained the steps of migration, keeping us updated on progress and jumping on a call when needed have all made the whole experience very easy. We as a team, have received the best customer service from Subify and we look forward to continuing working together!
