Amazing Customer Support! I've had small changes that I needed done to clean up the appearance on my Shopify store. They went Beyond what I expected. Fast and Friendly! The app itself has been easy to use and does what it should.

I can really recommend the app. The support is easy to reach and they are very straightforward. I was able to make my wishes for the widget design and they were adjusted afterwards.

The subscription feature is also easy to use. Once you take a few minutes, it's pretty easy.

Ich kann die App wirklich empfehlen. Der Support ist gut zu erreichen und sie sind sehr unkompliziert. Ich konnte meine Wünsche für das Widget Design anbringen und sie wurden danach angepasst.

Auch die Abo Funktion ist einfach zu handhaben. Sobald man sich ein paar Minuten nimmt, ist es ziemlich einfach.

So far so good. I love how clean it looks and functions. I had a problem and the customer care literally solved the issue (my fault) in seconds and I was back into selling. Highly recommend for any business wanting to use subscriptions.

It needs some improvements here and there, but overall I am happy with support experience, the fact that they have free plan and are working hard to make you feel heard and making improvements.

The app solved all my problems, it's great I was able to manage my subscriptions in a pretty decent way, the team is always helpful, but I would recommend covering one thing. If the customer buys 2 products from Shopify, you should not do x2, but always x1 every few days. Or put 2 options, both for those who want to do x1 and those who want to do x2

Incredible subscription app. Very easy to set up, and their customer service chat is extremely helpful and responsive. You can tell they've taken a lot of time to master the customer experience (both for your customers and you as their client). Their how-to videos on Youtube are also extremely thoughtful and helpful. Great functionality and they are quick with and open to customizations too.

I'm so happy I found this service. The idea of starting subscriptions for my business was a bit daunting as we have tons of SKUs and I'm really glad I found and decided to take a chance on Subify.
