Subscriptions can be complicated and we found Subify and excellent tool for integrating subscription products into our store. The support team was excellent in helping us understand their product's capabilities and then deploying it very quickly. Their responsiveness to our questions was quick, thorough and polite.

Dear Idriss, I am Koorosh, the Managing Director of Subify. We apologize deeply for the inconvenience caused to you by our service. As mentioned by Yasaman during our chat, we are unable to remove the Subify invoice from your Shopify account ourselves. However, please note that you will not be charged as the plan has been canceled. In such situations, we have requested assistance from Shopify support to remove the invoice on our behalf. To address this matter, we have reached out to Shopify and are keeping you in the loop. We will make every effort to expedite this matter and ensure that Shopify resolves the issue as quickly as possible.

I just started with Subify after researching a lot of other apps on the market for subscription services. This one seems to fit our store's needs the best. I set up my first plan, and I immediately had a popup from Melika in customer service checking on me and making sure that I had everything I needed to get started. She checked over how I had my product set up. She was very helpful and informative. I wish all apps had this kind of customer service. I can't wait to get started with this new app and see what happens. :)

Good app, good customer service.

I wish they didn't have a ton of tiered pricing. I'm missing the analytics aspect but dont wanna upgrade.

Excellent customer service, even for the free tier. This app took about an hour to set up, including working with their tech support - a small price to pay for a really nice subscription service. Thank you!
