I just downloaded this app on to my store and so far so good! I'm not real tech savvy and I absolutely hate when I have to add coding so I was so happy that the setup process did not require much. The support team were also on point even tho the setup is easy as I stated I'm not tech savvy lol. I'm giving 4 stars for now but I think 5 stars may be on the horizon...

I just added this app to my site and the tools are very easy to use and the customer service I have received so far has been top notch. Melika changed some subtle details on my page to make it more cohesive and I was very impressed by her responsiveness and problem solving. They currently do not have a feature I was hoping for, but I was referred to another app that does exactly what I wanted to use along side Subify. Thank you!

I've just started using this app, and I cannot recommend it enough. So easy to use and they immediately began work on a customization for my store. Mohammed provided excellent customer service, very quick responses and so helpful.

fantastic custom service and solves issues so quickly and easily. Not many issues though, just user error questions. Delaram was amazing and so are the others I have spoken with.

I just downloaded this app and had soooo many questions. I worked with a rep Narges for two days and she made sure i understood everything and answered all my questions, sent snap shots and links that were so helpful. I haven't expierenced the app with a customer yet though. There are two things I can't wait for Subify to add which are customize emails and for customers to change products within their scubscription.

Just in the process of setting up my shop/subscription box- and so far the product seems very intuitive. The customer service is exceptional, always willing to go above and beyond. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgably!
