Amazing, customizable, and very quick problem solving. The Ai support was helpful. But the quick response time of team member, Melika, was exceptional. Within 2 minutes, my problem was solved and I could continue using Subify easily. I love the accessibility and user friendly features. I set up my subscription-based products in less than 20 minutes!

Subify is a great, intuitive and feature rich platform. I have used several others for subscription businesses and this is my favorite. Much less of a hassle than ReCharge, which used to be my go-to. Now I'll continue using Subify. Also, their customer service is really responsive and helpful. 5/5 stars.

Subify's customer service team is genuinely second to none. No matter what time I ask for support or how ridiculous a question it is, they are always happy to help and reply within the hour. I had quite a few issues migrating from a different subscription app, however Subify's team was excellent in guiding me through it all and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done as soon as they could manage. Mason helped quickly with an issue I had, the app itself is easily to use and implement and I believe a host of many different businesses can use the app to grow, it is relatively inexpensive and provides a number of plans to fit my needs. I personally believe my business would not be able to be scalable to a sufficient hire employees or grow beyond just myself without the option to implement reoccurring customers so easily. This is a game changer, and I believe this sort of application should be applicable on almost every E-Commerce site, even those outside of Shopify. 100/100 would recommend for most sites with any sort of reoccurring customer base or subscription model.

Great App so far and easy to contact friendly staff, Just had to upgrade and found had to pay more charges on each transaction as well as the subscription, then had contact from customer service who kindly offered a temporary discount which is great and is a help to try and boost our sales.

i contacted customer service via chat at 1 o'clock in the morning. at the beginning a chatbot came up which was also very helpful. but in seconds a real person was in the chat and also said that the bot was finished and how she could help me. the problem was solved very quickly and easily. really good service. just as you need it as an online retailer. fast - at any time - and effective.
