I am new to subify, and so was a little unsure around a few of the logistics. I used the chat and spoke to someone called Hasti, who was wonderfully helpful and answered all my questions quickly. A wonderful service this app provides, I am excited to explore this further.

Customer Support is excellent. I've tried a lot to figure out an way to setup an specific subscription. But it didn't works. Contacted Subify's support they helped in just 10 mins. Lol. Crazy Team. Thanks you

This app is indispensable for my business! The Subify team went above and beyond helping me set up my membership website and quickly answered all my queries (and there were a lot). I couldn't recommend this app enough if you're looking to give access to only paying customers on your website, they have so many tools to help you set this up, and the Subify team are extremely helpful and always prompt to reply. It needs some improvements here and there, but overall I am happy with support experience, the fact that they have free plan and are working hard to make you feel heard and making improvements.

We were looking for a simple to use and effective tool to add subscriptions to a select number of products within our store. Subify ticked the boxes for us.
We were up and running within moments thanks to a handy youtube video that was offered upon install of the app.
When we did have a small issue with layout, the help team had it fixed within minutes. Very impressed!

It was easy to install and allows me the assurance that my repeat customers are going to be charged monthly so I don't have to worry about invoicing them and waiting for them to pay. It has been such a help with my recurring memberships I have going.
