Nareh was amazing with the customer service. All the changes I requested was made quickly and was extremely helpful in the process. I would definitely continue to use their service
So far we have loved this app, Customer service is great with timely responses and the app is a breeze to use! We have been wanting to do a subscription app for our online store and have never been able to until now! Love it !

I downloaded the app today after pulling my hair out trying to get another app to work. I chatted with support and they were kind and helpful. It took me less than 2 hours to set up the subscriptions, test the site for each product and send for fulfilment testing. Quick, simple, streamlined, and my favorite feature...completely straightforward in how to set it up. No crazy loopholes like some other apps.
Thank you so much! This app came recommended and I will pass on the favor or recommending to others who ask me what subscription app to use for shopify.

Have not been using the app for long, but I know for sure that the customer support is great. They help as much as they can, especially with coding stuff that I don't understand
I gave that app a go, and was surpised how quick and engaged the support team is, especially Melika. She is on top of everything. I'm glad that I can work with her on my shop.

.I'm not giving them -1 star because I was helped a lot by a girl called Dela, but the app itself didn't meet my expectations. I think everything related to Members is still underdeveloped. Charging a % plus such high costs really isn't good for any customer and needing a third party app to make a members space that of course charges you as well is not a good recommendation and you know that when you're setting it up. You can't have surprises for the customer.
Dela's support is very good. The others give you support without interest. Giving links to articles to read the help is not support. I can do that myself. After they give you that valuable link they ask you, can I help you with anything else? When you haven't helped at all..
The app is very easy to add on the store. The interface is easy to use.
The customer service is great. After installed the app, I had a few questions, the live chat person answered / solved questions right away.
