Subify team but especially Yasaman have been exceptionally helpful in the transition from another app. As a florist we have very specific needs of how we need the subscription service to work, Subify have gone above and beyond to help us make it happen. Clearly explained the steps of migration, keeping us updated on progress and jumping on a call when needed have all made the whole experience very easy. We as a team, have received the best customer service from Subify and we look forward to continuing working together!

I Migrated from Recharge to Subify as i was searching for a more friendly subscription app to capture subscriptions on landing page with some particular specifications on how the subscription is to be captured then i stumbled upon subify. It's been a back-and-forth efforts on both my side and theirs to get what i wanted and they made it possible.
One great other thing noticed is that our subscription rates went up by 40% which is great to see, Subify definitely gained a happy customer.
Their customer service are very response, however if you start to bother them a lot like i did, they all of a sudden tend to be "out of the office" irrespective of this,i am still satisfied i know how it feels to be bothered.

I have not used this app yet, I installed it to test if it will deliver my needs. I had a chat with support, her name is Hasti. She was very helpful and attended to all my concerns. Though there are a few restrictions on the app that I was looking for but overall very straightforward and will be in our consideration. I couldn’t find an easy way to set up my business model with Shopify’s base settings. I found Subify and it offered exactly what I needed! The settings are versatile and the pricing is affordable for a startup like mine. Best part is being able to customize the widget for your store. Great support!
