The app is incredibly easy to set up and get going and the customer support is impeccable. Our only "gripe" with the app is the inability to customize the customer portal to be on-brand which is incredibly important to us. Other than that, we cannot recommend using this app enough.

After checking a couple of options for a suscription App, I choose that one and so far I can tell I'm very surprised of how easy it is to set it up. What I appreciated the most was the Narge's help for every little detail. She offered me many aesthetically implementation so the design would look nice on the website. I'm very pleased with my experience so far !!

I have been absolutely thrilled with Subify.
To give some context, I created my first subscription and was originally signed up with a different subscription app (the 'big one' from the app store). The NIGHT BEFORE my big launch, I realized that the other subscription app wasn't working properly in my store.
I decided to switch to Subify 8 hours before my big launch. Their customer service team was INCREDIBLE and was helping me in real time. Their support was 11/10- everyone was extremely informative and helped me set up my account in just 2 hours.
My launch was sooooo easy and after 3+ weeks of using Subify- I'm thrilled with the results. It's truly the best subscription app on the Shopify app store.
My customers love it and I've had no problems with the integration to my store.
If I could give Subify 6 stars, I would!
