I Migrated from Recharge to Subify as i was searching for a more friendly subscription app to capture subscriptions on landing page with some particular specifications on how the subscription is to be captured then i stumbled upon subify. It's been a back-and-forth efforts on both my side and theirs to get what i wanted and they made it possible.
One great other thing noticed is that our subscription rates went up by 40% which is great to see, Subify definitely gained a happy customer.
Their customer service are very response, however if you start to bother them a lot like i did, they all of a sudden tend to be "out of the office" irrespective of this,i am still satisfied i know how it feels to be bothered.

I have not used this app yet, I installed it to test if it will deliver my needs. I had a chat with support, her name is Hasti. She was very helpful and attended to all my concerns. Though there are a few restrictions on the app that I was looking for but overall very straightforward and will be in our consideration. Would like to especially thank Hasti for all the help and for being patient with my queries :)

Subscriptions can be complicated and we found Subify and excellent tool for integrating subscription products into our store. The support team was excellent in helping us understand their product's capabilities and then deploying it very quickly. Their responsiveness to our questions was quick, thorough and polite.
