The quality of Subliminator products (and value) is simply amazing. I previously tried Printful AOP t-shirts, and the quality was so bad I nearly gave up on my business idea. The quality of Subliminator products is so much better than Printful (I wear the samples I purchased all the time). My only issue with Subliminator is that, because the production/shipping is from China, the products are subject to custom. My sample order was stuck in customs for over a month. This has deterred me from actually launching Subliminator products on my store. If there is some way the customs delay could be fixed, Subliminator would be the best thing ever. On a side note, customer service is pretty good.

Really impressed with the quality and shipping times, even during covid-19. At first I was skeptical but these guys have risen to the occasion and provided fantastic customer service and really nice apparel. Looking forward to continued use with Subliminator.

Awesome customer service and community. Lots of amazing designs already provided, and new designs are added regularly. Great tutorials and guidance for adding your own. Very useful app if you like cool things and fun designs. One of my favorites for POD.

I have used several POD companies and in spite of their bumpy first few months, they have come out on top. They have basically reinvented themselves and now have the fastest shipping options and the best quality products. With an owner who is invested in developing the best fabrics to make the highest quality products and one who doesn't disappear when things get delayed because of circumstances out of his control, Subliminator is definitely the POD app you want to partner with. I can't recommend them enough. I've moved all my WC Fulfillment products to Subliminator and am so much happier and have way less stress. This is going to be a great year with all the new products they will be launching. I'm so excited!

subliminator is awesome pr]int and demand company. easy to navigate and if you have premade templates to fit the subliminator download in app give your designer or do it your self... this is going to be a succes.. the also have express delivery for a little amount quality in service the answers questiens and the fast reply and friendly.

Update: After using Subliminator for a few months I'd like to add three stars to my review. It's true their service is unusable for an unacceptable portion of the year but they have been fulfilling my orders and my customers have enjoyed their products. They also offer the best all-over tee mockups in the game. I wish fulfillment was faster but at least they can offer an all-over tee for $20 with shipping included, which is incredible. If the developers are interested in feedback I'd request that you add model mockups to the pullover hoodie like you did for the tees. There's no doubt in my mind that would improve conversions as what they have right now is just average. I apologize for leaving you such a scathing review before, and I'm trying to make it right now.

Thank you for your review. As we completely understand that shutting down during Chinese New Year hurts you as a seller as much as it does us, the time that we actually were closed was not for 6 weeks as you say. We closed our factory for exactly 2 weeks, which was from February 1st until February 14th 2019. And we pretty much shipped out our backlog of orders that were placed during that period within the first week. As always if you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Had more than 70 orders with them so far, 5 orders lost, 2 orders shipped back to China 5 weeks after the orders are placed, and still waiting to be reshipped. Most of the orders cannot be shipped within 4 weeks, unless you pay for an express shipping. They refuse to reproduce or refund any order unless it is proven to be lost after 60 days!!!! They always say delays during shipments are beyond their control. However, whenever they choose to work with Ding Hong as their shipping partner, there's always a problem. I do believe it is their fault by working with unreliable shipping companies and their refund policies are ridiculous. I stopped all facebook ads to promote their products. I believe they don't care to loose a small business seller like me, but I cannot afford to loose even one more customer. ***UPDATE*** One typo on above comment, I said most of orders are not "shipped" within 4 weeks, I meant not delivered after 4 weeks it is shipped. And that happens to the majority of the orders unless I pay for the express shipping. And the developer argues that they don't work with "cheap" shipment partner, but as a matter of fact, there are too many delays, lost packages, and sending back to China for a reshipment. By "too many" I mean about 15% of total orders. Two orders placed respectively 5 weeks and 4 weeks ago are still on their way back to China for a reshipment. I request for free reproduction and I would love to pay for an Express shipping for these orders, they said they cannot do that, I have to pay for the products again, because those packages are not lost yet. No customer in the world can wait that long. I am loosing more and more customers because of the shipping company that Subliminator works with. From my experience, every time I find my order was shipped with Ding Hong, there' highly possibly a problem!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your complaint. Have you reached out to our support? If a product has a defect that was sent out by us, and you provide clear photos of this, we will ALWAYS give you a free reshipment or a refund. That's our policy.

But in this case it seems that you haven't taken the time to reach out to us, but instead taking the time just to write us a bad review based on a single order? Surely no company is perfect, as long as you will allow us to make it right for your customer.

**Update on your last review update: Unfortunately we're still in a pandemic. And yes, packages can unfortunately get lost at the local post office because they are understaffed and overwhelmed by the increase in online orders.

But let me assure you that we never choose "cheap" shipping partners as you're suggesting. So your assumption there is off I'm afraid. But as in any business and with anything, mistakes can happen. But if the mistake is on our end, we always make up for it, even if it is something that is beyond our control of the local post loosing a package. Even then we end up refunding or reshipping your order.

Your remark about orders not being shipped within 4 weeks makes absolutely no sense. Our production time average before an order is shipped out is currently at around 7 calendar days. We've never had an order in production for 4 weeks ever, unless we were unable to ship it out because of an incomplete shipping address.

All in all I'm not sure why your review keeps getting updated with information that is not realistic or factual. I do hope that the majority of your 70 orders did end up getting delivered with your customers within our estimated time frames.

And every business owner, small or big, we never want to see anybody leave. Your success is our success, as we can only do this with people like you.

REVIEW(A productive criticism):
I heard about Subliminator on YouTube, the reviews were good, and since I'm implementing All over Print into my store, I wanted to try it.

I currently use Printful, with 10 to 20 orders a day, switching to another provider needs to be well thought.

✅5/5 QUALITY OF PRODUCT: I have nothing to say about the quality, the shirt is PERFECT, looks as good as the pricier Printful all over shirt.

✅ 5/5 CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owner is present and accessible through Facebook what the heck you can't get better service

✅ 5/5 PACKAGING: not a single chinese word! Packaged professionally, arrived in perfect condition, no complaints.

✅ 4/5 PLATFORM: It's user friendly, not as good as Printful, but I can live with it since it's not something that would impact the customer experience.

❌ 1/5 FULFILLMENT: It took the full 7 days mentioned in the website to fulfill, it even took around 24h for the order to be submitted and the transaction to pass.
Compared to Printful that submits the order right away, and fulfills my shirts sometimes even the same day.

❌ 3/5 SHIPPING: I don't have much to say about shipping, I'd like it to be faster, but I understand that's not something you have much control on.

I ordered the shirt(as a customer through my store) on June 19th, I received it on July 9th.
Which means it'd take my customer 20 days to actually get their item.

Conclusion: The company has a lot of potential, it could easily become one of the top providers. The product itself is amazing, but shipping and fulfillment time doesn't justify the price.

Will I use Subliminator? With 7 full days to fulfill? No.
If that gets fixed, and my customers get their orders faster? DEFINITELY!

I hope my review helps both the company and its clients.
I will bump it up to 5 stars as soon as fulfillment improves

Thank you for the thorough review.

Giving us a 1/5 for fulfillment is not really fair, since we clearly state our production time to be 4-7 days. Which in this case was 7 days, so that should not have come as a surprise. Although our average sits well around 4-5 days for production.

In the mean time we've also added FedEx shipping as an option to upgrade your orders. On average we're seeing about 9-12 days from order to delivery when this upgrade is used. Give it a try and we'd love to hear what you think of it now.

Update - This year Subliminator has been outstanding. Q4 is always challenging but Subliminator have knocked it out of the park with adding FedEx express shipping. But more than that the support staff have been superb. The products are the best I have seen. I would give them 10 stars.

Subliminator is great. Easy to use and the product looks fantastic. I've had a few issues with slow shipping and/or tracking numbers changing randomly, but that's okay. The BIGGEST issue I have with Subliminator is NOT being able to save mockups. I HATE starting from scratch every time I need to fix or redo something... For instance i just I just finished a hoodie design based off my own personal mockup... However I forgot to change the drawstring from white to black.... Now I have to painstakingly do the entire mockup again and it was extremely difficult and detailed with many layers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it an option to save your mockups so you can adjust when needed!!!
