Used to apps to create hooded blanket & leggings. Even though their products manufactured in China, it is not like typical China product. The team supervised the manufacturing process with care and honestly, it's on par with USA products. If your customers are based in USA, don't be afraid for their shipping speed. From China to USA, they send the package with other orders in bulk using expedited shipping (DHL) and then, from USA, your package is handled by USPS and will be sent to your customers using USPS Priority Mail.

For a company that started less than a year, they gave you superb customer service. They even have FB group that the founder himself actively helping and engaged with the community in there. If you're looking for this type of experiences and service, Subliminator is the best choice ATM.

I have actually added and deleted app a few times. I finally added it and started to plan out some designs and ideas, when I ran into a technical issue I just couldn't fix. Knowing it was a late Sunday afternoon I didn't expect a reply but within 10 mins I had a reply and within 30 mins my issue was fixed.. I have not ordered any samples yet or anything but plan to in near future. Customer service was great though! I was reading some other reviews people please take them with a grain of salt, most of them are NOT Subliminator's fault, what I am reading from most is the lack of understanding by the user. Great app and I recommend using express shipping! Give it a try for yourself! UPDATE: Over a Month Later and their Customer service is still super fast and wonderful! So looking forward to working with Subliminator in 2023!

I'm pretty new to using POD and have been using Subliminator for a few months now. Their customer service has been very fast and helpful with getting back to me with any questions, and my first few orders have gone smoothly. I will definitely continue to work with them!

just wrapping up another Q4 with subliminator and they get better every year. thanks for providing awesome products and amazing free designs. customer service has been really impressive this year too.

Loving it. Easy to use, has some very interesting and different products and great support (do join their FB group if you decide to use this app).

Everything about my experience with them from mocking up on the website, to ordering, the quality and customer service has been the best. This most recent time, I had a pretty huge order and everything went so smoothly and I’m so thankful. Everything was right on time and the jerseys look amazing.

I recommend Suliminator. My Shopify store has yet to be launched, but I'm happy with the product selection and the ease of the design process. I can't offer any more details...my journey is just beginning.
