The whole concept is amazing and just what I need. HOWEVER, clicking on the app from within the Shopify site is a lesson in frustration. It only works about 30% of the time... the rest of the time, I just get a white screen. I have used 3 different browsers, all with the same issue. Because I cannot access my dashboard, I cannot reach out to customer service for assistance.
The other problem, which is a BIG problem for me, the orders get processed on time... but I do not get a push notification from Shopify to show that I have an order to be filled. I just happened to see an order sitting in my queue when I logged on one day. This should never happen. Each subscription should be processed as a new order, and subject to the same notifications that I get on the rest of my Shopify orders.
