Customers can cancel, pause and restart their subscriptions, change payment details and change the products that belong to the same subscription plan. The app helps merchants retain customers and customers can get their orders automatically submitted without going through the hectic order submission experience.

The whole concept is amazing and just what I need. HOWEVER, clicking on the app from within the Shopify site is a lesson in frustration. It only works about 30% of the time... the rest of the time, I just get a white screen. I have used 3 different browsers, all with the same issue. Because I cannot access my dashboard, I cannot reach out to customer service for assistance.
The other problem, which is a BIG problem for me, the orders get processed on time... but I do not get a push notification from Shopify to show that I have an order to be filled. I just happened to see an order sitting in my queue when I logged on one day. This should never happen. Each subscription should be processed as a new order, and subject to the same notifications that I get on the rest of my Shopify orders.
