Was helped by Shashank... who actively sought me out via email to help me resolve my issue. He also conducted a video conference call and then sorted out things out for my afterwards, by working within the confines of my theme and an additional app I use to make things work for me. VERY happy with this app so far - above and beyond. Thank you!
There is a bit of a learning curve with the app (like any other), but the team at Trust is phenomenal at quick, efficient help— especially Shashank!

I just installed this app today. I completed all my setup, including updating all emails to include my store name and logo. Probably took 1-1.5 hours overall. Everything seems fine and was pretty straightforward. The free version has what I need.
Note to developers: It would be great if our logo and store name could be automatically added to the emails or "apply to all" once changed in one. Same ...

Thanks for updating the review. We have now changed the shop url to shop name in the emails. It should now reflect on your shop.
