I recommend this app to others because it can give us a ability to have separate shipping profile for subscription products. Also, we can reach out to customer support any time and the resolution time doesn't take longer.
Recharge handles all of our subscriptions. It is a great way to manage customers and orders. The only problem we have is logging in from Shopify. It takes forever to load.
Renata was great - she helped us with our issues we were having with our pixel to allow our data to sort properly which wasn't their fault at all. Thanks!

I had some problems with their widget, but they fixed them pretty fast. Good customer support and response time.
We migrated from our legacy system to Shopify and integrated ReCharge to support our automatic reorder subscription customers. The Recharge onboarding team was wonderful and made the transition as turn key as we could expect. Andrew H. our launch engineering manager, helped us transfer/import all our customer information, which we certainly would not have been able to do smoothly without his help. Gordon C was our growth account manager for the first 60 days and helped answer all our questions, provided helpful articles to train us for our unique business needs, and set up zoom meetings to check in with us and provide real-time support. Highly recommend using Recharge! They have a wonderful on-boarding team.
These guys always provide great support. Juan C was particularly helpful with a recent issue, which he solved quickly.

Recharge continues to improve each year, adding new features and capabilities. Can't wait for the day it can fully integrate with Shopify checkout API, I am sure it will come eventually. Their support is top notch
