The recharge support team was really helpful thoroughtout the process of migration, especially the migration support team.
Have just setup and received some great and prompt support from Lia for a few minor tweaks. Look forward to seeing it in action but it shows nicely in the store front so very happy so far
I'm yet to go live with my Recharge subscription, but I have been working with it for the last month to get things set-up in the back end. My use case is a little more complex than most, as I am selling a digital product on a monthly basis. I have used Recharge and Klaviyo to set this all up and am really happy with how it's working. The integration with the 2 apps was smooth and the team at Recharge have been fantastic during this set-up process. I have reached out a number of times for very specific things I needed help with and the responses have always been great and very helpful - and also very quick. I now have my subscription set up exactly how I wanted and feel confident that when I launch everything should work well.

A great subscription app for Shopify. While there are shortcomings, there are upgrades coming in the future and HUMAN customer support is top notch (which is one of the most important things when dealing with tech). I received quick and insightful support from John M.
We made the switch from a popular subscription service to Recharge and it was the best move ever!! Our subscriptions have gone way up already in just a week. The support team is by far one of the best support teams I've worked with. I was able to get the migration and setup done with the help of their team and I'm not a developer, just a somewhat tech savvy person. I've had a few user-error things happen and they've helped me quickly and always respond right away. So happy we made the switch and I know my customers are too!
So far this has app has had the most bang for the buck out of various subscription apps I've tried and the support team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond! I've been working with Nikola, who has been so patient and detailed in responses!
