Great app and excellent and expedient customer support when needed. Thank you for the great product and support team.
The Interface is a bit confusing and can be designed better. However the functionallity is excellent and the service is responding within Minutes and helps to solve issues immediately. Would absolutely recommend!

Recharge Subscritions have a fast and good service. Helped with a comprehensive FAQ whiched speed up the process, the help from Recharge employees was quick.
Great support through the onboarding process. Has done everything we expected for supporting our subscription offering. The new theme for the subscriber portal is a huge improvement.

Difficult to manage your own account settings, not clear how to manage yoru plans or see your cumulative fees
It has been a really rough ride migrating our store from WordPress to Shopify but the customer support at ReCharge has been a really great help.
There are better subscription solutions out there. I tried using this app for subscriptions, but I had to change the API keys for my payment provider and ReCharge doesn't allow us to to change API keys securely in the app, and the support team asked me to email them the new API keys, which is completely insecure. How can I trust a company that suggests that? Any decent app would allow me to securely update the keys directly in the app, without having to contact their support team, or send via insecure methods.
I had a glitch with Subscription Details pop up. My design didn't show up as intended. The pop up appeared but would be very difficult to read. I couldn't find why my design wasn't showing up and I couldn't find a way to remove the pop up completely. I emailed on 23rd of December and within an hour the issue was resolved. I honestly didn't think I'd get a response till after Christmas. But I am grateful to have had this little annoying design flaw fixed quickly. Big thank you to Hector!
Great app and great customer support. It gets the job done, and helps us manage what are soon to be over a hundred subscribers.
