I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. After hours on chats with other APPs I finally made it to Recharge to help with subscriptions. Irving O was so helpful and quick to help. I was frustrated and did not know how to change a setting and he did it for me and fixed my problems in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience.

Was not using this app and had no idea it was charging me monthly for over a year.

Support was helpful as there was some issue with my shipping charges, and support quickly fixed it from the backend.

Recharge is highly recommended as one of the Ecom tech stacks, especially since it’s fully integrated with other third-party Shopify apps like Gorgias and Klaviyo.
