Dan, a senior support engineer has been assisting myself on behalf of our company for almost 6 months now to ensure our issue was resolved, completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion anytime I had to contact him. He was kind, explained all options clearly, was patient and a true delight to work with. Hire more Dan's!

Works as required and the support is second to none. It could be a little more flexible but that can all be overcome with bulk updates.

Excellent product with great customer service. It is easy to integrate with Shopify and other apps. I would prefer to have a phone number for customer support but Recharge tends to do well with responding to emails.
