Stefan was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the migration process. it was more complicated than expected... but ReCharge is there for every step.
Recharge team is beyond helpful and hands on when asked of them! Jairus went above and beyond helping us launch and Grey has helped us optimize by answering all further questions & recommending ways to improve. The app works just as needed with all the KPI's we are typically looking for and is very easy to manage as well. Since this is a new functionality for our brand, we would love to have a comparison section added to review our bench marks against our industry and overall standards.
I use Recharge Subscriptions to automate the charges for monthly and annual subscriptions. It has been an excellent app. The developer provided me with the help I needed to set up my subscriptions. There have been only a couple of minor hiccups, but the customer service representatives addressed them quickly and were very courteous.

Recharge has a great back end and very clear logic, which has been easy to match up to our business needs. The help we have received from the Growth and Support teams has been priceless, and enabled us to navigate around roadblocks with innovative solutions.
We've been using Recharge for 5 years and it has provided us with the platform to grow our subscription business very well. The customer service is always very responsive and helpfull.

Very disappointed with this app currently. The customer support team is impossible to get ahold of and there currently is an error with a recharge workflow we have created (that was set up correctly and verified by their support team) but it is flawed and firing orders off at the wrong date.
Customer service is quick, but having access to live chat is an additional $99 a month. Service is great though.
