Customer service is great! I think CX is what seperates good companies from great companies. Recharge is a great company!
We've received many request from our customers to build an integration with this app and heard great feedback.
Almost ready to go live with ReCharge Subscriptions, the app is easy to use and looks professional. We've had a couple of small conflicts with our theme that the ReCharge team are resolving for us as we speak. The customer support from both Alona and Jamison has been nothing short of fantastic, I would highly recommend ReCharge to anyone looking to add recurring payments to their Shopify store. 5/5. Still in the setup phase so can't speak for the utility of ReCharge just yet but I'll be danged if they don't have some world class setup support especially from Ranson!
Initially had trouble finding the contact information for more support. However, the team reached out and have been helpful in helping us get setup.
We have been on recharges free trial and we finally have our first website subscriber! The team have been very responsive and helpful - especially Alicia. Thanks!

I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!
This app was easy to install, the team was amazing in helping to get our migration right, and the subscriptions implemented. Clear, concise directions. Damien even made me a video to walk me through what I needed to do step by step!
