Recharge Subscriptions has been a great partner over the years! Their system and portal is extremely easy to use and has a lot of functionality packed in. I've never had an issue with it not working, so in terms of reliability 10/10.
My biggest complaint was that there was a lack of customization to their widget, but they just revamped it allowing you to customize it on so many levels. Props on listening to your clients!
Lastly, the reason for leaving my review is their customer support team. I had a really frustrating issue where my product gallery was not showing on my page and it seemed like the Subscription Widget was the cause, but their team stood by me and helped figure out that my theme was injecting some weird code that affected my product gallery. I'm greatly appreciative to Max S. and the developers who helped to figure this out.

We have been using Recharge Apps for over 3 years and it does everything we need it to do and more. Support has been incredible since day 1. Upgraded our theme this month and the transition has been smooth. Noticed an issue this week and Recharge provided us with 5 hours of free development to fix it, Nick from e-shop genius fixed it incredibly quickly and now everything is running again. The app is not the most intuitive and a bit tricky to set up... BUT it definitely works, and it works great. Thanks especially to the excellent customer service team.
