Our company just underwent an incredibly complex merging of multiple websites across Shopify, BigCommerce and NetSuite platforms which involved migrating subscriptions from all three into our unified Recharge account.
We worked with Vinse R. from Recharge and he all but held our hand through the whole process. He made each step very clear, answered all of our many (sometime tedious) questions quickly and completely and in general performed on behalf of Recharge like he was part of our own internal team.
We would give Vinse 100 stars if we could!

Die Integration der App verlief zwar nicht vollständig reibungslos, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Import bestehender Abonnenten aus einer anderen App. Letztlich stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass es sich lediglich um ein Formatierungsproblem in Numbers handelte, wodurch der Import zunächst nicht funktionierte – kein technischer Bug der App.
Eine weitere kleine Baustelle war die Verlinkung in Shopify, damit Kunden ihre Abonnements selbstständig bearbeiten können. Hier hat es etwas gedauert, bis eine passende Lösung gefunden wurde.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Unterstützung durch das Supportteam: Die Hilfe war äußerst schnell, geduldig und kompetent, sodass wir die App innerhalb von nur drei Tagen vollständig und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen zum Laufen bringen konnten.

So Jaden with the Recharge Technical Support really helped me today. He helped me out with a bunch of questions I had for my store and helped me with my subscription widget as well as my post-purchase upsells and cross-sells. I don't want to spend the $500 to get all I need, is Recharge bundles for my bundles to be on subscription. I really need help with that, and I hope we can get this figured out. I have to say, Jaden helped so much, and Recharge, I'm a customer for life. You guys are great, and I really appreciate it working with you guys.

This app is insanely well built. We transitioned from BOLD subscription app (which was not ideal to be using in the first place) to Recharge. The migrations team is very knowledgeable. Setup is seriously the easiest I've ever seen. And cancelation prevention works incredibly well right off the bat with their AI. Highly suggest.
