So happy swapping over to Recharge, right from the start the team has been helpful and our Implimentation manager Jairus was helpful from onboarding to going live. Knowing I can reach out 24 hours a day to the team if I have an issue is one of the biggest bonuses.

Very helpful on the support chat in helping me get the shipping rates to pull correctly for the subscription boxes. Dora was quick and clear on what to do.
I had several questions about rescheduling orders and integration of a new Shopify theme with the Recharge App. Jaden W. took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know without rushing through the process. Lots of info to process but an excellent support experience.
