I wholeheartedly endorse this app for managing subscription payments on Shopify. The setup process is incredibly straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive documentation provided. The level of support offered is exceptional, and my experience with Nick from e-shop Genius only reinforced this positive impression.
During a theme update, I encountered a minor configuration issue with the app. Enter Nick, the expert from e-shop Genius, who not only promptly addressed the issue but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was running seamlessly. Kudos to Recharge Payments and E-Shop Genius for delivering an outstanding app and service.

The support team is awesome! They respond immediately and helped me above and beyond! The app is seamless and user friendly too.
Once again...fast, responsive and effective correspondence with a real person. It is impossible to fault the service from ReCharge.
We have been with Recharge for years and are now looking for another app to provide recurring payments. They do not provide adequate customer service and do not respond to urgent requests. They advertise that they offer video calls and will assist in the case of a total site shut down, and they do not. Our subscription products stopped working randomly on a Friday afternoon and they told us they will be back to work Monday and will help us then. In the meantime, we are unable to sell products and have a massive marketing campaign running. Our inbox is full of customers wanting to purchase and we cannot serve them because of Recharge's issue. They will not respond to emails. We are severely disappointed and frustrated and do not recommend that a business relying on recurring revenue use this app.
