Excellent support! Nikola was great help. Documentation could be better tho. Some things are unclear like changing some things in bulk could be better documented.

The app is very easy to install. The customers interface is comfortable to work with, but not always intuitive. Customer support is great. Vary fast, very efficient and very friendly. Thank you.

ReCharge has made it easy for us to offer subscription shipping to our customers. The only features I'd like to see in upcoming releases are: - Full multi-currency support (in the works)
- WYSIWYG editor to updating email notification templates
- A more intuitive way to offer free shipping for subscribers only

One of the best Apps for subscriptions with many more features like third-party app integration, flows, etc.

Overall customer support is good and responsive. they helped with my issues in a timely manner.
features are good and the subscription product works great with shopify
Difficult to manage your own account settings, not clear how to manage yoru plans or see your cumulative fees

App and configurations take a bit of getting use to however, their support team is great to work with. Javaughn was super speedy and helpful with getting a customer set up properly.

Customer service is amazing, extremely responsive and very knowledgable. The main issues we ran into came down to implementation. We had to do a few customized builds and changes to accommodate our membership program and it is less than desirable but it does work and it is a good replacement fix until we can figure out a better way with the Recharge team. So far we are happy with this option!
