The entire team is great. Quick responses and easy to understand instructions - even for someone like me who struggles with all things technical.
Very helpful in getting set up and good customer service. They actually listen to customer feedback and are always adding features and options. Makes having a subscription easy!
The Guided Launch process made migration easier than I ever would have expected. The support received from John in the Recharge Launch team was fantastic; fast response times, thorough explanations and flexibility to work across our timezones. We're looking forward to our customers experiencing the improved customer portal and overall subscription experience, with the features that Recharge has available.
The customer service is excellent! Very fast, helpful response. My one challenge has been maintaining subscribers; seems to be a high turnover rate.
Had an odd issue on my site that was blocking customers from being able to subscribe. Taylor (chat host) went above and beyond to help trouble shoot the issue. He was able to get it fixed! So happy with this app and their customer service!

We had an issue with the widget not showing up on our new theme, and then when it did show up on the listing, it was above the images. Ronnie and DJ did an excellent job of getting everything sorted out to us in about 24 hours. Great customer service!
