Renata was a responsive support Rep. She understood our mission and goal and found solutions. She walked me through our options and solutions, provided a timely update, and sent a video to reference in case I need to make these updates myself in the future. One of the best Recharge Reps I have worked with!
The people who help me out today fix the problem really fast I was really concerned about it because my whole business revolves around a subscription service that wasn’t working properly but they fixed it with an hours great job
We use recharge for our subscription program, and have been pleased with the responsive and helpful customer service we've received. There have been a few hiccups, but Tigist was extremely prompt, patient and thorough with all of her communications and helped us overcome the obstacles we came up against. Thank you!

This app has really helped with customer retention, and DJ in customer service was great. Be warned though that if you want quick response times you will need to get a premium service plan.
