I talked to Francis on customer support and they were very friendly and helpful! Quick to respond with my issue of how to publish my widget for subscription. Easy to use the app once you get the hang of it.

The back end can be a little clunky for a novice but the support staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Chris today was super.

We have used recharge now for about 6 months. The service has been great! Recently, we had an issue where our customer's portal wasn't showing up in the backend of our website. We reached out and the Recharge staff was able to go in and fix it for us which was a huge help because none of us know coding here! Thank you Recharge team! :)

Every time I have an issue with shopify regarding customers subscription, the team has been very attentive with an easy and straight forward explanation and directions for the company and for the customers. Byron C. has helped me a few times already and has done a great job each time. I'm pretty sure each time was towards the end of the week on a late Thursday or Friday.I figured I would get a response on the following Monday since it was the weekend and that's what happened. I really appreciate the response. They always seem to go above and beyond!
