Recharge is the BEST platform for subscription businesses, plus their customer support is second to none. They are always so helpful and quick to reply. BIG shout out to Nevena who has helped me so much pre launch :)

App and configurations take a bit of getting use to however, their support team is great to work with. Javaughn was super speedy and helpful with getting a customer set up properly.
Added this because I needed subscription services in Shopify. Seems quite powerful and comprehensive. For a startup it was good that I did not have to commit to a monthly fee and instead will pay a percentage of subscription sales. Had to add some code manually to enable customers to manage existing subscriptions, but the instructions were easy to follow. Also had a problem relating to adding one-time purchases to subscriptions. The Recharge support team resolved it same day. Overall I'm satisfied.
Have just setup and received some great and prompt support from Lia for a few minor tweaks. Look forward to seeing it in action but it shows nicely in the store front so very happy so far
Meredith was a fantastic help! We had a complicated problem and she was on top of it right away and worked until everything was resolved. I cannot say enough about how efficient and pleasant Meredith was to work with! Thank you for the first class support!
I'm yet to go live with my Recharge subscription, but I have been working with it for the last month to get things set-up in the back end. My use case is a little more complex than most, as I am selling a digital product on a monthly basis. I have used Recharge and Klaviyo to set this all up and am really happy with how it's working. The integration with the 2 apps was smooth and the team at Recharge have been fantastic during this set-up process. I have reached out a number of times for very specific things I needed help with and the responses have always been great and very helpful - and also very quick. I now have my subscription set up exactly how I wanted and feel confident that when I launch everything should work well.
