I use this app for my subscription products. I have an issue with getting my widget on my store, I contacted Recharge and Mary responded in a very timely matter and fixed my issue. I'm very please with this company.

Excellent onboarding service by Hoa. His knowledge of Recharge and what we needed helped to navigate us through setting up a new store in Shopify but also in bringing over legacy subscriptions from Woo. Thanks Hoa and the Recharge team for everything.

We have been using the app for the last 5 years. Mostly it has been fine although the layout of the webpage is confusing if you need to make changes to customers subscriptions. However with the recent announcement of a 400% price increase on the standard plan, which seems rather excessive... greed much? we will be looking elsewhere. We are only a small business and there is not a lot of margin in the subscription boxes that we offer.

The customer support has been great, responsive and helpful. App does pretty much everything it claims to do.

Such an easy app to use, and the support is awesome! AJ was soooo helpful and fast. I'm super excited to start using this app to help me scale my subscription box company (LaLa Horse). 2021-11-13 Update... Today Tigist helped me with a few questions I had and the service was so fast and helpful. I just can't say enough great things about this app and this team!

Been with them for a few years now across a couple of brands and makes navigating the tricky Amazon platform much easier. 10 x better than uploading spreadsheets. Everything seamlessly integrates with Shopify so sales are all in the same place. Customer services are really on it too. Shout out to Vuk!
