I really like the app. It's easy to use and their support team is very responsive. BIG Thumbs Up! :)
I was able to use the support and resolve a difficulty with our footer. I was given a couple of different solutions. Both of the solutions worked. One of the solutions specifically took care of my issue as well as kept the functionality the way that I had hoped.
I have also had an issue about our cart button that was very quickly and professionally resolved.
MC was super helpful and ensured both we and the subscriber would be happy with the resolution

I appreciate Recharge's simple workflow and stellar client support. The UI is very friendly and can be learned quickly. Their technical support crew is always on the ball. A+++++ They constantly follow up and keep us up to date on all technical issues, as well as offer real-time strategic solutions.
The team at Recharge is super responsive and quick to address issues. They took feedback for future updates and let me know those features are already in the works! They fixed some glitches we were experiencing on the fly. The care is personalized and the software is extremely useful. The reps are kind. Definitely recommend.
