Super excited to be working with Recharge and have so many options and ease of access for both ourselves and customers with subscriptions! We made the switch to ReCharge a few years ago (away from Bold) and have been really happy. ReCharge is the obvious leader in subscription management on Shopify highlighted by the capabilities that are available to consumers and admins. The continued investment in feature development is what will keep us around until someone else in the space can prove that they've got a superior product. Only non-positive comment is that it's expensive. We believe that you get what you pay for, but we'll definitely give Shopify Subscriptions a hard look once they have a fully baked solution.

Recharge has great chat support! Malcolm was very fast at responding & helped me every step of the way. I do wish Recharge offered demos or videos for help since that is always easier to follow along. Pretty easy app to work once you get the hang of it.

I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to add recurring orders and/or bundles to their website. Jairus Streight from Recharged help me get the app up and running. I greatly valued his expertise and patience. I felt he went above and beyond to make this app work for our site, which was difficult, because we have a complicated website. White glove experience from start to finish.

I would recommend it. Great customer service and easy to use! Although, my clients tend to have a tough time canceling subscriptions that they ordered by accident.

I've been using Recharge Subscriptions for over a year now, and I've been very happy with the service. It's easy to use, and it's helped me to increase my recurring revenue. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

I was happy with ReCharge and I would continue with them but their price increasing to 99$ per month coming into effect in the new year is ridiculous. Sadly no options for smaller businesses and this simply seems like an attempt to increase their revenues. I look forward to switching to a competitor that is more reasonable and fair for smaller businesses. What an inconvenience!
