We have been using this app for several years now and every once in awhile we run into a glitch which needs to be resolved by Recharge. Juan's support today was exceptional! He went above and beyond in both explaining and resolving our issues. I have been communicating with Recharge customer service for years now, but Juan is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was patient, kind and thorough and checked back with me to make sure that everything was correctly implemented. This is customer service at its best!
Roberto was a great help and resolved my issues quickly!

Best in the biz. We have had so much success with the Recharge Subscriptions app and just transitioned the app to our new Shopify 2.0 instance. While we keep battling with Shopify Payments related issues, dealing with Recharge Support has made it more bearable. No issues with customer support (unlike Shopify Support!) Last interaction has been exemplary - thanks Elijah!
The Recharge team has been great (Ana, Brendhain, Timoor & Jairus specifically). We've been with them from the beginning and they've been open to ideas and very responsive in helping to solve anything that needs to be addressed.
We have been using Recharge for our subscription products since 2018. It has been a great addition to our offering. Simple to use for both us and our customers as well as flexible and adaptable to different requirements. The technical support offered is second to none. Fast and efficient. Really impressive.
