I was fed up today trying to learn how to manage our new Shopify store to teach our customers how to manage it. We've had Recharge for about a year now. It was a bit of a bumpy start, but it app works so well, and really adds value and convenience for our customers - and saves a ton of time for our customer service team so they're not constantly fixing glitches. The support team is very responsive and helpful as well. We're loving it. Thanks!
