I've been using Recharge Subscriptions for over a year now, and I've been very happy with the service. It's easy to use, and it's helped me to increase my recurring revenue. I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

I had a great experience working with Nick from e-Shop Genius. I needed to troubleshoot some coding for my subscription checkout and he was very responsive and helped me find a solution.
Support is wonderful, everyone I have spoken to in the years of using this app has been incredibly patient and helpful. Adam was recently amazing in helping to answer all of our questions for our shopify subscription upgrade, and helped us come up with a solution to our unique shipping problem. Thank you!

I was skeptical about no phone support for the issue I was having but the customer service rep/tech who helped me was quick in responding via email, super clear in her instructions, and knowledgable about how to help me resolve my issue. Very happy we worked it out with no problems.
Recharge has been a great partner for us for the past 3 years. We're now on their Pro plan, and the features and level of support we receive whenever we need to tweak something are stellar - the team responding to our queries (Jairus, Paola, Tarek, Alicia, and of course Timoor) usually responds within 12 hours and solves whatever we need.
Great for subscribers. Had a few initial problems when setting up etc but Jaxon has massively helped out on the issues we were having and now all is running smoothly!

My customer service experiences with George and Javaughn recently were top-notch and I couldn't be happier.
