The customer service ReCharge provided via email was great. Alicia responded quickly, gave me lots of good links for exactly what I needed, and helped me better understand how to utilize the app.
Customer service rep Jessie Mills is stellar. Very knowledgeable and gives quick, helpful responses. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the rest of ReCharge as an app doesn't meet her standards of service, and leaves us wanting more. Since I'm technically reviewing ReCharge I have to leave it at 4. Jessie gets 5 stars any day!

I can not say enough positive things about the migration experience from Woo Commerce to Recharge. Recharge's team (specifically Iopa) was knowledgable, communicative, and went the extra mile around every corner. They were prompt with their response times and always address issues immediately.

Recharge Subscritions have a fast and good service. Helped with a comprehensive FAQ whiched speed up the process, the help from Recharge employees was quick.
Great support through the onboarding process. Has done everything we expected for supporting our subscription offering. The new theme for the subscriber portal is a huge improvement.
Great app and great customer support. It gets the job done, and helps us manage what are soon to be over a hundred subscribers.
