Recharge has been great for growing our subscriptions and their support team is fantastic. They spent time with me showing all the ways we can optimize our subscription base and when I ran into an error, their support jumped on and helped figure it out for me!

We've been very pleased with Recharge overall and are continuing to turn on new features and configure the platform to better suit our customers' needs and drive success in the form of better health outcomes thanks to Recharge.

As we have been diving in recently to optimize this app, the Recharge support agent Elijah P. has been extremely helpful.

Elijah has walked us step-by-step through to set up functionality with which we were unfamiliar and was always very prompt and professional to help us get through several time-sensitive, launch-critical components of our project.

We will continue to need intermittent assistance until we are fully optimized, and it's very reassuring to know that Recharge support, especially Elijah, has our backs.

Big kudos to Elijah and thank you to the whole Recharge team!

Great subscription product and they keep getting better. They have rolled out several updates and more are coming that we have been implementing. The support when you have a question or issue is outstanding. Someone knowledgeable comes onto the chat and knows how to fix things. I highly recommend Recharge for subscription programs.

This is an excellent app and it works well. When I first signed up for it, I was worried that not having phone customer service would be difficult but they find creative ways to be super helpful over live chat. Juan C from customer service is particularly amazing and can help me solve any problem quickly and effectively.

We've been using ReCharge for subscriptions for a couple of years now. We recently added the Retain feature and really appreciated how helpful and informative Hoa Vuong was as our implementation engineer. Our contract is also coming up for renewal, so we have been working on the details with Lin Marzialo who has been just lovely to work with. Recharge has a great product and top of the line folks working for them, which makes the experience of doing business together more enjoyable.

We have also been very fortunate to have Amber P. from the Recharge Support team help us with more difficult Shopify Plus integration/upgrades which were handled in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of support provided by this company. For the second time, a visual element related to their widget has appeared unexpectedly and randomly on our website, severely disrupting the layout and directly affecting our user experience and sales performance.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of urgency on their side. This issue has now been live for nearly 48 hours, and we are still without a proper fix. Despite repeatedly flagging the problem and stressing how critical it is to our business, we’ve received no meaningful updates today, not even a basic acknowledgment or timeline. I’ve had to chase them multiple times, and each time I get the same vague response, with no real sign of progress.

For a company offering tools that integrate directly into customer-facing websites, this level of support is unacceptable. Issues like this demand immediate attention, not delays stretching over several days with no communication. I’m honestly shocked by how unprofessional and unresponsive their support has been. If your website performance and reliability matter to you, I would strongly caution against relying on them.

RUN FAR FROM THIS AND FIND A SOLUTION THAT WILL ACTUALLY PROVIDE YOU SERVICE.

Of all the apps we've worked with, this one is BY FAR the worst experience we had. We had to lock into an annual agreement that ended up costing a lot of money and there's no way out of it. If you by chance have a bad more or bad year, they will collect and sting you no matter what. When you try to get service or a rep, it was nonexistent unless it had something to do with renewing your annual agreement.

Do yourself a favor and at least try other ones first. I won't mention other names on their page but there are others out there and it will save you so much headache and money using one that will provide you service.
