So far it's working flawlessly for my coffee subscription company. What I love about the experience so far is that the online support I am receiving is good and thorough. For a newby like me, it's a somewhat complex install because it requires learning Shopify really well and making it work with ReCharge, with the help of support I was able to get it working right. I didn't have to wait long and they were great!
This app is awesome, it is really great for businesses and also for customers who don't want to manually order each month. Lots of support from the Erica and the team for setup and any queries. The documentation is great too. Our AOV has increased by 20% since setting this up and it will likely increase further once we convert more customers to subscriptions :)
Der Chat war direkt erreichbar und hat uns schnell den Lösungsweg einfach und verständlich erklärt. Beim anschließenden Support per E-Mail stand die gleiche Person zur Verfügung, sodass man nicht alles neu erklären musste. Auch hier wurden Fragen zügig beantwortet und das Problem könnte gelöst werden.
This app's service works very well and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this subscription app.
We had a number of customers who had their payments stalling as PENDING. Chris looked into this for me and was really helpful and solved my issue very fast and fuss free

Renata was a responsive support Rep. She understood our mission and goal and found solutions. She walked me through our options and solutions, provided a timely update, and sent a video to reference in case I need to make these updates myself in the future. One of the best Recharge Reps I have worked with!
The people who help me out today fix the problem really fast I was really concerned about it because my whole business revolves around a subscription service that wasn’t working properly but they fixed it with an hours great job
