Their customer support is very quick to reply and help with any issues. We have not had any problems using Recharge for our subscription products.

Good app. Maybe a bit pricey when you are just starting out with no subscriptions, but seems to do a lot for the price with excellent support, so far. Only thing I would like to see is being able to set a custom start / renew date on certain products. You can do it manually once a customer has subscribed. So far is has been very easy to use and setting it up on the site couldn't be easier. Support helped make a few changes to the help pop-up, which I don't understand why more stores don't do.

Customer Service is great! I had a million questions, and the Recharge team was very willing to spend a lot of time answering all of them.
I migrated from Bold to Recharge as the integration and partnership options Reacharge had available were essential to our continued growth. The migration team (Mat in particular), were beyond helpful and made the experience seamless!

I have been using ReCharge for 4 months now and I am completely satisfied by this app. I have been able to create the subscription plans our business needed, I am still working on the best way to handle gift cards on subscriptions but Gordon has been very helpful and is still helping me finding solutions.
