We are using ReCharge for two of our brands' website. Onboarding for the second website was smooth, Hazel P. is awesome and helped to solve ongoing problems. I recommend ReCharge for businesses who want to add subscription to their website.
The support member answered my question and implemented the solution. He even went beyond what I was anticipating. I only needed to communicate one time to get a resolution.

I would like to review my support worker - Matt A. He did an awesome job getting back to me immediately so I could fix my problem right away and not have a back and forth for days. He also went above and beyond and took the time to make some videos and gifs so I could see what he was talking about and understand it visually. It really helped me understand how to fix my error and learn in the process. Matt is awesome!
