We had a strange problem with orders getting stuck in Pending. Kiki from Tech Support was really excellent- she followed up with their development team to resolve the problem, and checked in with me multiple times after it had been fixed to make sure there were no further problems. Very impressed.
Jessie M has been an amazing help with some of our questions regarding bulk updates for our subscription items. Overall, the app is easy to use and we have nothing but good things to say about the service we got from Jessie recently - would highly recommend!
It took some work getting started with setup, but once we figured things out, the ReCharge staff was very helpful.
I haven't used the app much yet, but the help crew has been super helpful so far as I am trying to set everything up.
The support was awesome and quick! Needed some help with Recharge and Shopify integration and I was given a clear instruction and assistance.
Alicia J. with ReCharge was so helpful! She replied to me over the weekend, when I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Not only did she quickly help me out, she confirmed everything was working on Sunday morning! Before I even logged into my laptop, she had proactively checked my account to make sure the changes were made effective. I love ReCharge and have had nothing but success using this application! 12/10 would recommend.
VERY DISSAPOINTED - After seeing the greedy change to pricing!
We have been using Recharge for nearly 2 years, and thought the prices were ok... though already not cheap. To now hear that the prices are being changed from "0 per/m with a 1% + 10¢ per transaction" to "$99 per/m with 1.25% + 19¢ per transaction fee" is mind-blowing.
Obviously, these guys don't care for their current customer base, especially the smaller businesses.
