During the pandemic we wanted a quick and affordable solution to add a subscription service to our coffee website, we were recommended Recharge and have been delighted at how it's increased our direct to consumer business. On initial set up, we hadn't achieved full integration with our customers' regular accounts but the Recharge Support team were brilliantly responsive and helpful. I dealt with the same agent throughout and she went above and beyond to help us get the fix we needed and optimise the associated webpages and email notifications. An unexpectedly personal and great customer service experience.
I use the app for a monthly ribbon subscription box and it is so easy to navigate. Help response times are super fast and reps are so helpful!!
I have asked a lot of questions, and they have been very helpful! Would recommend them for anyone you needs a subscription form of payment.

Great App and great support. We use Recharge in 5 Shopify Stores and it works fine. Also the support is very friendly!!!
Very easy to setup the app to work, but due to the way our site was designed, we needed some custom functionality. The customization in the app is quite limited so we needed some assistance - we contacted Recharge support and they directed us to their merchant dev program, where we ended up finding Nick from e-shop Genius. They helped us setup the app to function exactly as we wanted, and all for free! Nick was very responsive to our questions.

I've been working hard at setting up my Shopify business and my products require customizations to how subscriptions are handled. I had a few issues that I ran into but the Recharge team provided fantastic support in helping resolve them. Adam was great in following up and was happy to go on the journey of figuring out what my issues were and how to get them fixed. Great customer service!
