I can hand on heart say that this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I recently reached out to Recharge because our original app installation was no longer active and I had the absolute fortune of contacting Kyle Turner at Recharge, who was so knowledgable and helpful! He raised a ticket and went out of his way to get the issue resolved very quickly. Recharge - you're a great app but not just that - you also obviously hire truly exceptional people as well. I am so impressed, a huge thank you to Kyle and the team.

Good functionality for our unique needs and excellent, available, hands on service, including really quick urgent response times when we’ve needed it.
Recharge has been a great solution for my new business. At $99 / month I can accomplish everything I need and don't have to spend $500 / month or more like some of the competitors. Recently had a customer service technical question and their CS rep emailed me back within minutes and solved my problem. Great experience so far!

I have been using ReCharge for 4 months now and I'm very happy with it. The customer service is great. we have converted about half of our regular customers to auto-renew. It's easy to go in and make changes, and the customers get clear email updates on their accounts.
